• Any information mentioned on the receipt to which you do not agree, please inform our Branch Head in writing within fifteen days from the date of issue of the receipt, otherwise the said information mentioned on the receipt will automatically be considered as your consent.

• Do not pay cash amount without receipt (Transport Copy) from any of our employees.
हमारे किसी भी कर्मचारी से बिना रसीद (ट्रांसपोर्ट कॉपी) लिए नगद राशि का भुगतान न करें |

• Do not pay freight in installments to any of our employees.
हमारे किसी भी कर्मचारी को किस्तों में माल भाड़े का भुगतान न करें |

• Freight transactions in the personal/private account of any of our employees are strictly prohibited.
हमारे किसी भी कर्मचारी के व्यक्तिगत/निजी खाते में माल भाड़े का लेनदेन पूर्णत: वर्जित है |

• Pay the freight through "Okara Hyderabad Road Corporation" and "Transport Uncle" Bank Account/Google Pay/Phone Pe/Paytm/BHIM UPI only.
"ओकारा हैदराबाद रोड कॉर्पोरेशन" और "ट्रांसपोर्ट अंकल" के बैंक खाते/गूगल पे/फ़ोन पे/पेटीएम/भीम यु.पी.आई में ही माल भाड़े का भुगतान करें |

• If the freight is not paid within seven days from the date of issue of receipt, you will have to pay the amount of freight along with interest @ 24% per annum.
रसीद जारी करने की तिथि से सात दिनों के अन्दर यदि माल भाड़े का भुगतान नहीं किया गया तो आपको माल भाड़े की राशि के साथ-साथ ब्याज @ 24% प्रति वर्ष के हिसाब से देना होगा |

• If you are taking any kind of services from "Okara Hyderabad Road Corporation" and "Transport Uncle" then it will be mandatory for you to follow all the rules made by us. "Okara Hyderabad Road Corporation" and "Transport Uncle" may change any of its rules at any time without your knowledge and you will be legally bound by these rules.
यदि आप "ओकारा हैदराबाद रोड कॉर्पोरेशन" और "ट्रांसपोर्ट अंकल" से किसी भी प्रकार की सेवाएँ ले रहे है तो आपको हमारे द्वारा बनाए गए सभी नियमो को मानना अनिवार्य होगा | "ओकारा हैदराबाद रोड कॉर्पोरेशन" और "ट्रांसपोर्ट अंकल" आपकी जानकारी के बिना अपने किसी भी नियम में कभी भी बदलाव कर सकता है और आप उन नियमों को मानने के लिए क़ानूनी रूप से बाध्य होंगे |

• If you pay the amount of freight against any of the rules mentioned above, then you yourself will be responsible for that. "Okara Hyderabad Road Corporation" and "Transport Uncle" will have full legal right to recover from you the balance amount of freight along with interest @ 24% per annum.
उपरोक्त अंकित किसी भी नियम के विरुद्ध यदि आप माल भाड़े की राशि का भुगतान करते हैं तो उसके लिए आप स्वयं जिम्मेदार होंगे | "ओकारा हैदराबाद रोड कॉर्पोरेशन" और "ट्रांसपोर्ट अंकल" को आपसे माल भाड़े की बकाया राशि और उसपर लगने वाले ब्याज @ 24% प्रति वर्ष के साथ वसूल करने का पूरा क़ानूनी अधिकार रहेगा |

• All the brand logos and brand names used by us belong to respective legal owners only. We have used them to let you know that our "Pareek Group" has got an opportunity to provide transport service to them.
हमारे द्वारा उपयोग किए जाने वाले सभी ब्रांड लोगो और ब्रांड नाम केवल उनके संबंधित कानूनी स्वामियों के हैं। हमने उनका उपयोग आपको यह बताने के लिए किया है कि हमारे "पारीक ग्रुप" को उन्हें परिवहन सेवा प्रदान करने का अवसर मिला है।

• CHEQUE/RTGS/NEFT/IMPS deposit in account are subject to clearing.
खाते में चेक/आरटीजीएस/एनईएफटी/आईएमपीएस जमा समाशोधन के अधीन हैं।

• The amount reflected to you does not include the amount which has not yet been credited to our bank accounts.

• If you have any objection to any name, brand, logo, word, language, grammar etc. used by us, then inform in writing to our branch head so that your good suggestions can be given due consideration.
हमारे द्वारा उपयोग में लिए गए किसी भी नाम, ब्रांड, प्रतीक चिन्ह, शब्द, भाषा, व्याकरण इत्यादि से यदि आपको कोई भी आपत्ति है तो हमारे शाखा प्रमुख को लिखित में सूचित करें ताकि हम आपके द्वारा दिए गए अच्छे सुझावों पर न्यायोचित विचार कर सकें |

• Never Share your Card number, CVV, PIN, OTP, Financial Details, Bank Details, Internet Banking User ID, Password or URN with anyone, even if the caller claims to be a our employee. Sharing these details can lead to unauthorized access to your account.

Pareek Group and Transport Uncle (TU) accept no liability for any damage caused as a result of any virus or other malware transmitted by this Email, Website, App. And your data is also stored in cookies.
